How to place your order:

• Online – anytime, any day

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday 9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time.


 Return Policy:

• Items may only be returned or exchanged within 14 days of its original ship date. If returned after 14 days, store credit will be given.

• EARRINGS, and SALE items are FINAL SALE.

• All items being returned or exchanged must be new and unused. (Must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached)

• All shoes must be returned or exchanged unworn and in their original UNDAMAGED box.

• Please repack the item(s) that you are returning in their original package.

• Ship the items to:

• Once your return has been received and processed, the amount of the returned item(s) will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive and process return.

• If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s), please email info@bethandmaggie.com Attention: damaged/incorrect items. Beth&Maggie will then email you a prepaid shipping label to return or exchange your item(s).

• Please indicate what was damaged or incorrect in your email. 

• We highly recommend our customers to obtain insurance on all return/exchange packages they are shipping back to Beth&Maggie. We will not take an responsibility for and returns or exchanges that are received damaged or are lost.

Exchanges:

• All new and unused (unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached) item(s) excluding EARRINGS, and SALE item(s) may be exchanged for a different size, color, or item. Please double check with us here at www.bethandmaggie.com to ensure the new size, color, or item you are looking for is available. You may also contact us via email at info@bethandmaggie.com. (Please title the email: Exchanges) Please follow the above return policy format to complete your exchange. List in detail the “NEW” item(s). (Size, color, and/or name and full description of the item(s) you would like in return.)

Modifications/Cancellations:

• Once your items have been shipped, there is no way to modify or cancel them.

• Once you receive those items please follow the Return/Exchange policies.

• Items that have NOT been shipped may be canceled or modified. We will use our best efforts to make your requested changed if notified via email at info@bethandmaggie.com Attention: Modify/Cancel before order is shipped. Please include order number in your email.

Track your order:

• As soon as you complete your order you will receive a RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

• When your order has been processed, you will receive an ORDER PROCESSED email. In which your order will be shipped within 24hrs of the time of processing.

• You will receive an ORDER SHIPPED emails as soon as your order has been shipped.
